By using our services, you are implying that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy

What you can expect from us

MoonBot is here to provide a pokemon experience to all users of Discord. We provide many features that have been simplified to be able to use this as a text-based interface. We are dedicated to giving our users an experience that they cannot find elsewhere. Our game is maintained regularly and we try to guarantee that all of our users will experience seemless gameplay at all times.

Section A - General Use

• A.A - Use of any unintended feature or bug to make any forward motion in progress is strictly prohibited
• A.B - Any form of theft, scamming, or otherwise illegitimate method of recieving anything from any other player is strictly prohibited
• A.C - Using any form of Macro or Auto-Clicker is strictly prohibited

Section B - Trades

• B.A - You may not under any circumstances trade anything from inside the game for any form of real-world currency.
• B.B - You may not echange cryptocurrency for any goods or service offered by anyone other than the creators of the game

Section B - Requirements

• C.A - We require that all users be at least 13 years of age
• C.B - You must also be at least the minimum age required by your country

Section D - Paid Services

• D.B - By providing a payment method you agree to the following:
  • You acknowlege that we use third-party sources to recieve your payment and payment method
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • You will pay for the item you have purchased
  • The payment method provided is true and accurate
  • We may retain the payment method used and the information corresponding to said method
  • We are authorized to charge you for the item purchased, using the payment method provided by you
• D.C - We reserve the right to issue refunds as we see fit

Section E - Termination

• E.A - You have the right to terminate your connection with MoonBot at any point in time. To terminate your agreement with us you must directly message the administration of MoonBot.
• E.B - We have the right to suspend or terminate your connection and use of MoonBot and/or limit your use of our services with or without notice. We will only do so for the following reasons:
  • You breach our Terms of Services
  • We are legally required to by court order and/or to comply with the law

Section F - Appeals

You may, at any time, attempt to appeal any action taken by us here. We reserve the right to revoke your appeal, approve your appeal as we see fit. We also reserve the right to not reply to your appeal as we see fit

Section G - "AS IS"

MoonBot AND ASSOCIATED PERSONS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS OR STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER THOSE LAWS.

We Will Not Sell Your Data. Our users are our top priority, and we shall never monitize their information

What We Collect

We will never ask for any identifying information(This includes, but may not be limited to, ID Cards, Passports, Birth Certificated and Social Security Cards)

The Information You Provide

• Discord Account Information We will store some information linked to your Discord account such as your user ID, username, and your email address
• Payment Information If you are to purchase anything from our shop, we will collect a payment method from you
• Direct Messages Any messages you send to the bot, or any messages any member of administration sends to you using the bot
• Any Other Information You Optionally Provide Us For some features in our applications, we may ask for additional information. Any information not specifically outlined above is not required, and is provided at will of the consumer.

• Information About the Device This may include the type of device you are using, the IP address you are using the servive from, oprating system information, web browser information, and select device setting information. This information is not stored, and is only collected when you log into our website
• Information About Usage of Servive We may collect information about how and when you use our services such as what pages you use and elements you interact with.

As the consumer, you reserve the right to request a copy of all your stored information as well as the termination or ammendment of your information at any time. Furthermore, when a consumer remains inactive for an extended period of time, we reserve the right to terminate all information associated with said consumer.
